Delivery of Goods
My aim is to supply you special and unique garments that have already been handmade with care and quality workmanship in mind. As I am supplying unique items sometimes they are a one off or are in limited supply. This will ensure your little one will be very uniquely dressed if you purchase these items. Other items will be made in larger numbers and the stock available will be shown on the website. Please feel free to contact me via email should you have any special requests and if I am able to supply I will certainly try to do so.
Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. excluding public holidays. So delivery times should by within three(3) working days on standard post or next day for courier services.
Shipping - New Zealand
Please provide your physical address details when placing an order as the courier is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please allow extra delivery time for rural addresses.
Orders will be sent via Parcel post tracked service at a cost of $7.00, Please choose this option at check out. Delivery time is up to 3 working days for this service.
Or you an upgrade to Courier service $8.50, Please choose this option at check out for next working day delivery.

Shipping - International
We use International Courier Post for international shipping and ship to Australia at a cost of $15 per package. If you are wanting delivery to other countries please email me at to receive a quote for delivery costs and we will endeavour to assist.
I design and hand-make all items I sell and they are produced with great care and attention to detail, so I personally check them before they leave, and hope that you will be delighted with the quality of them. If you find that the item is faulty, please return them, unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days of purchase, with tags attached. Please remember that my garments are made in limited supply and may no longer be in stock. We will do our best to meet your wishes where possible. Please email (email@example.com) with your request to return or exchange and we will supply the returns address. Or please contact through the contacts page in the tool bar. I am happy to refund or exchange a faulty item (subject to availability). Refunds will be made via the same payment method used, within 7 days of the item being received by Annieche.
Goods are to be returned at your expense. We will refund or credit the cost of the return postage on faulty items only.
Please Note: Please take care when undoing the snap buttons on all garments as rough treatment can result in the snap button dislodging from the garment. I recommend parting the snaps and not ripping the snaps open. This action can also cause tearing of fabric so please take care.
